Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Plumeria Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this app (see Child Safety).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post abusive, hateful, or harassing content.
• Share false or misleading plant care advice that could harm plants or people.
• Promote unsafe chemical practices (mixing pesticides, exceeding label rates).
• Spam, impersonate others, or send unsolicited messages.
• Attempt to access or disrupt the service, other users' data, or underlying systems.

User content

You retain ownership of the photos, notes, and messages you submit. By posting content, you grant Plumeria Pro a license to host, display, and process it to operate the app. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to content you upload.

Messaging

User-to-user messaging is provided for community connection. You are responsible for your messages. Harassment, spam, or abuse may result in suspension. Messages are visible to conversation participants.

Plant care guidance

Diagnostic and care suggestions are informational, not guaranteed (see Disclaimer). You assume all risk for actions taken based on app content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
