How long we keep data

• Active account data: kept as long as your account is active.
• Deleted records: when you delete a plant, photo, or message, it is removed from our systems.
• Account deletion: requesting account deletion removes your data within a reasonable period.

Messages

Conversations and messages are retained until you delete them or your account.

Analytics

Aggregate, anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely. It is not linked to your identity.

Backups

Data may persist in backups for a limited period after deletion, after which it is permanently removed.

Legal retention

We may retain data longer if required by law or to investigate violations.

Your control

You can delete individual records at any time. To delete your entire account and data, contact support.
