Notice of copyright infringement
We respect intellectual property and respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
How to report
To report infringing content, send a notice including:
- Your contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- The location (URL) of the infringing material.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material and may notify the user who posted it.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement of good-faith belief, and your signature.
Repeat infringers
We may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
